Growing up in South Florida, I am acutely aware of the importance of Community and the value it brings to that Community’s residents. Joining Katzman Chandler provides me with ample opportunity to assist Community Associations, their Boards of Directors, and the Membership that they serve by responding to needs and charting a clear course to achieving goals.

Each Community Association is different, and not every circumstance requires the same solution. Flexibility and adaptability are essential characteristics for handling any request from our Community Association clients. As such, I am determined to understand the specific issue at hand and prescribe a resolution unique to that Community Association.
